OCB first started as a family business in Shelbyville, Kentucky as Thee Book Shoppe on August 31, 2002. As business has grown, we decided to make Christian books, Bibles, and Reference materials available on the internet at the same incredible low prices … we are excited!
Website development began in August, 2003 and the official launch date was April 8, 2004. Plans are underway for a new website in the Spring of 2008 with the addition of new inventory, features, and an affiliate program for churches. Stay tuned!.
